Our house was struck by lightning. Jameson came in and checked all electric and grounds. Jessy the electrician was on time, polite, explained everything he was doing, and was very thorough.

Kevin from Jameson performed an emergency service check for my wife’s furnace/AC system at her store. But we discovered we needed an entire new HVAC system. He came the next day and installed the new system during our normal business hours. My wife and I arrived at her store to open up for the day. When we arrived we noticed it felt cold in the show area. When we checked the thermostat it was set right but we pushed the temp up a little and the furnace went on. Just to be safe I called Jameson and asked for a service call. Kevin, the Heating guy said he could come right away. When he arrived we discussed the problem and he looked at the furnace. A few minutes later he called me over so I could see a hole in the side of the exhaust pipe (chimney) about the size of a silver dollar! In addition, the heat exchanger was cracked.
The hole in the chimney meant that carbon monoxide was escaping into our store for who knows how long! He made some recommendations and then returned to his office to provide a written quote. Later that morning we received a written quote for the work with a few options from which to choose. We agreed to do the work and we were scheduled for the next day. He was able to re-schedule a job he already had due to the need we had.
The next day as the old furnace was being removed he saved the entire length of the chimney pipe to show me that the entire back of my chimney pipe was split open! Kevin and his helper completed the job in one day and cleaned up beautifully.
